Authentically designed after the traditional interlocking metal ring pattern popular in the Middle Ages, this half-sleeve piece features aluminum craftsmanship with dome-riveted round rings which alternate with solid flat rings. Each ring has a 16 gauge thickness and measures 10 mm in diameter. While this aluminum shirt looks like regular steel chainmail, it has an advantage of being lighter and easier to move in. With true period style, this haubergeon is ideal for costumes, re-enactments, and collections.
